Bum Me Out??? 什麼意思呢???
常常會在電影裡聽到”that bums me out”，這是什麼意思呢???
Bum這個字在英式用法上是屁屁的意思，就是buttocks；而在美示用法上則有乞丐、遊民的意思(a beger, a loafer)。
Ex: Hey, check out that bum over there at the corner, what an eyesore to this neat place.
(嘿瞧瞧角落那個乞丐，在這高級的地方真是不搭嘎。)
在口語上，bum這個字作為動詞的用法大多是意旨一件很糟糕或是很爛的事發生了，讓人感到很糟。
Ex: Pierre just got fired this morning and now his car is gone. Wow, boy, he’s really bummed-out.
(皮耶今早才被炒魷魚，現在車子又不見了，他真的是夠慘了。)
當然bum這個字有可以當名詞用，bummer，意為令人感到糟糕難過的一件事。
Ex: Tracy dumped Pete last night? What a bummer! I just planned to throw them a party.
(崔西昨晚甩了皮特了???真是的，我才計畫說要幫他們辦場派對的說。)
